We’re looking for talented local photographers to help capture the energy, connection, and community at our monthly luncheons.
In exchange for volunteering your time and photography, WIN will proudly promote your business across our website and social media.
Photographers should arrive approximately 20 minutes before the luncheon and stay through the end of the event.
We ask that you capture:
- Networking and candid conversations
- Sponsor presentation
- WIN Board and committee members
- Door prize winners
- Group photos and event details
- A mix of vertical and horizontal images
Edited photos should be delivered through an online gallery within 7–10 days following the luncheon.

Can newer photographers apply?
Absolutely. We welcome photographers at different experience levels who can confidently capture an indoor event.
Can I promote my business?
Yes! Bring business cards and connect with attendees before and after the event.
Who will I coordinate with?
You’ll work directly with WIN Marketing Director Alexia Lynn for scheduling, event details, and promotional materials.
How many photos are required?
We recommend delivering approximately 10-20 edited images. But we appreciate any photography you provide.
Do I receive a luncheon ticket?
Yes! Your luncheon admission and meal are complimentary.
Can I volunteer for more than one event?
Definitely! We’d love to have you back. You can sign up for multiple available luncheon dates throughout the year.
